Fairly clean hotel, greatly enjoyed to be right by beach and the Strip where all the nightlife is, the fountain and the " Benidorm Palace " thanks to particularly good location. The room was double superior and reasonably large in general, with fresh towels. Tbh, had a relaxing stay in the last 50 holidays abroad.

The property was brilliant with very welcoming and pleasant staff from reception to chambermaids, I liked the stay. The pool area was very clean and the location was marvellous, just off beachfront, train station and Carrefour shopping centre and all the shops, bars. Chino Internacional, which can be found only 400 m away, was a fast dining option. Booked guest room, that was provided with hairdryer, wardrome, as example.

Central location was a plus. The room was beautifully decorated with decent toiletries which are replenished, we stayed in all day. The staff were incredibly helpful and hard-working and helpful with requests.

Enjoyed it amongst others I visited before. Had really really nice stay as from 1st of may this e mail was from jet 2 holidays, the staff were amicable, location was prime on main bus route which is very handy as Benidorm does cover a large area indeed. Besides, my parking was nearby. Location: the hotel was next to all the shops, the Benidorm Palace and the Nereo. Had hot drinks in the pool bar.
